Once the page has been created you can press and choose the frontend mode option:
after pressing that option, this will redirect to frontend page in order to customize the content with frontend view:

As mentioned on previous with backend, the steps are the same with frontend mode, you can add a field dragging or making click on the button from field palette.
Then the field options will appear inside a popup, then you can customize your content with options that fit your needs.
Also you can drag the fields palette along the content
